A few house rules

To keep Kamenka clean, comfortable and welcoming for everyone, we kindly ask our guests to observe a few simple rules during their stay.

No smoking indoors

Smoking is not permitted inside the flat. Thank you for helping us keep the indoor environment fresh and pleasant for all guests.

Footwear and cleanliness

Please be mindful of muddy or very dirty shoes when entering and walking around the flat. Kindly remove your shoes or clean them before coming inside to help keep the floors clean.

Food and cleanliness

Please do not leave food outside the flat or unattended on the stovetop. Leftover food can attract mice, other rodents, flies and fruit flies into the building. Kindly store food properly and keep the kitchen clean to help prevent unwanted pests.

Cleanliness and excessive waste

Please leave the flat reasonably clean and dispose of rubbish appropriately. An additional fee of 1,000 CZK will be charged if excessive rubbish is left behind or exceptional cleaning is required due to the condition of the flat.

Registered guests and occupancy

Please tell us the total number of guests when booking so we can prepare the accommodation appropriately. Additional guests who have not been declared in advance may incur an extra charge. Please contact us beforehand if the number of guests changes.

Property damage

Guests are responsible for damage to the flat, its furnishings, equipment or other property caused during their stay. Please report accidental damage as soon as possible. The cost of repairing or replacing damaged items may be charged to the guest responsible.
